Following a successful first year, Prysm is bringing its revolutionary Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) videowall technology to InfoComm China on booth C2-01 with the biggest LPD display ever seen in the region.

　　The 18 tile by 4 tile (9 by 1.5 metres) videowall will be displaying a variety of content showing how LPD can be utilised across different sectors. The green credentials of LPD have caused a stir in China since it began shipping, with the technology platform drawing 75% less power than traditional LCD or projection.

　　“LPD technology is the ideal display solution for a number of different vertical sectors. For broadcast, the extreme black panel eliminates moiré patterns during camera zooms. Within command and control environments, the 0.25mm seam gap meaning no crucial data gets lost and for high end retail, the 178° viewing angle portrays brands in their best light from every angle with no colour fading or picture distortion off axis.”
